Metropolitan Al Mafraq Hotel - Abu Dhabi

My stay was for two nights, enjoying the spacious Deluxe Room City View with One King Bed, which had a great view. The reception staff were really good. Raouf, Afzal, and Chelle went above and beyond. The pool was nice and offered a relaxing spot, even though I had hoped for earlier opening hours given the heat. I appreciated how clean everything was, and the overall helpfulness of the team.

We had an excellent stay. From the time we checked in till we left, staff tried their utmost to make our stay a pleasant one. It was a relaxing get away from our busy and hectic lives. Would definitely recommend Mafraq hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing...

The hotel was situated in the remote location near Abu Dhabi airport. Some of the staff members were outstandingly accommodating.

Ambient and the Excellent recreational facilities which really helped to otherwise engage myself while doing business.

May be location, which was ca. 37km from Abu Dhabi Centre. Apart from that Excellent Hotel.The concierge could need to step up a little bit.

Absolutely loved the vibrant ambience! The gym is superb, and the nearby garden area is a family favorite.

The very friendly staff, excellent decor, quiet location and real value for money.

The food was just okay, and the sliding door was broken.

Far from the city and we can relax more, though the location is too far for the commuters.

its a fair bit away from airport then advertised , mini bar is lockd u have to pay a deposit for the key there was hair from all areas of a body on the bathroom floor and a decent amount of dust on the inside of floor by the balcony for four star I would expect more and u have to pay to use the pool . Staff were helpfull and considerate but overall would not choose to stay there again.

Great service from attentive staff. Gym and heated pool were nice. Breakfast needed better variety.
